I\'M Running Good or I\'M Running Bad
Hope this hasn't been asked before.
Assuming that I play the same way, will I win more money wearing Tommy's I'm Running Good hat or more wearing the I'm Running Bad Hat?

Re: favorite things heard at the table
Here's a cople of my favorites;
after a guy takes a huge pot with 7-5 off in which there was a cap preflop; the guy with pocket aces says haw can you call preflop with that garbage; his answer "I...

Re: So far everyone\'s wrong
I am leaning toward having him fold. True, he is a monster underdog to your pair but any money that he puts in increases the odds for the other four to chase you.

Re: Can you fold after making three bet pre flop
Worked out really well. Flopped top set set with two diamonds everyone stayed for two small bets on the flop. Turned full and 4 people stayed for two big bets on the turn. No diamond on the river...

Re: When does a hand become dead?
If he threw his hand face up on the table and noone else acted it should still be alive, but he never called the bet, the question should then be how long does he have to call the bet. I do not know...

When everyone slowplays
Canterbury Park 4-8
Very wierd table and I had much trouble playing it. The 4-8 game at Canterbury is usually a fairly loose moderately agressive game and always with a couple of angels calling...

Re: Vehn_ turns semi pro
I am going to give it another shot this weekend. If I don't like it's back to 4-8 which I always like. There is always some goofball calling every bet and raise and never betting the nuts themselves.

I am usualy not there at those times. I mostly play Friday and Saturday nights and some Sunday mornings. The 4-8 games on Friday and Saturday's have been so good I have been putting off trying the...

Re: Vehn_ turns semi pro
Congats, and thanks to the picture I finally know who you are. I have seen you writing in the little red book. As long as you stay at 8-16, I plan on moving up to 6-12. Can you tell me what BobT...

I cannot belive you are good here. I think you are up against A_J oe JT. I would fold, unless, you think you need to do some advertising.

Re: Wuss?
I think limping is better than raising, I don't fold preflop unless the table is ultra agressive.
When it is checked to me on the river, Ithink I will bet more times than not, although before...

Re: QQ on the button.
I am putting in the fourth and the sixth if it comes back to me. I cannot see pocket two's with his lack of agression on the turn. The river could also give him diamonds. I call if he reraises my...

Re: Another murky ethics question
If the blind flashed and then mucked his cards, are they still live. I don't think so. The blind should never have been awarded the whole pot. The rule that you must clearly say you are palying the...

Really surprised he laid AK down headsup. You must get some respect. I'll change my opinion to great bet and good read on your opponent.

Re: My other KQ hand.
Bob,
I think you have to call. King could have made the bettor two pair. I don't think he has the flush. If your'e beat I am gonna guess it's by a straight.
