Re: wow i hated folding this
This is the kind of hand that is so easy for me to know without question to fold when I read it. I am not always good enough to actually fold this at the tables, and when I do I question it.

Re: 15-30, no read, what\'s the default?
I like the way you played it. You have shown a fair amount of strength and he is still pushing you. You are probably badly beaten here. If this were just an aggressive player being overly...

check raise or fold?
I am in the BB with KT of hearts. One EP limps, one MP limps, loose aggressive player in the cut off seat raises. I call and the two limpers call. Four see the flop (8.5 bets). The flop comes T...

Re: The Flop
easy fold. It is very likely that you are going to be raised again AND you are possibly drawing dead already.

Re: PP 15/30: KQo in SB
This is as always player dependent. If you think the player has tight raising standards then call with a dominated hand in the worse position is not a good play. If you know the player to make...

Re: JJ multiway turn raise
I think this play is entirely dependent on what you think this player has. In general I like not raising on this flop and hitting it on the turn.

Re: Anyone ever read that book \"supersystem\"?
The game would have to be EXTREMELY LOOSE PASSIVE to make calling any of these hands correct. If the player in question is tight, AJs and ATs are out too.
On the other hand if there is a player...

Re: KK in BB single suit flop
My best guess would put him on AQ with the ace of hearts. You have to call here. Only another heart or another queen will make me put this down.

Re: get tricky at 5-10
Your call of the flop raise is weak, but the play on the turn is reasonable. I agree that some thought as to what this player called a raise with and then raised you with will often be helpful.

Re: I flop 2 pair but hate my hand
This is an easy fold. How many hands does he three bet that you can beat? You probably have two outs here a good portion of the time. If you are ahead you are playing against two drawing hands. ...

Re: 10/20 Party, Missed bets w/ QQ?
There is nothing wrong with the way you played it. I would have been more worried abobtweut AA or KK.
BTW - Love your screen name. /images/graemlins/cool.gif

Re: Weak fold?
I think you made a good fold. If you have some kind a backdoor draw I would take one off, but in this spot I think a fold is correct.

Re: How pathetic of a river play was this...?
You played the hand perfectly. Don't bet when you expect to be beaten. If you are not beaten, you give an aggressive player a chance to bluff. You also don't bet if you would hate to be raised.

The factor that no one seems to be discussing that I believe is that most important is:

If two kings are known to be missing, doesn't that increase the chances...
