If you do how many tables do you play and what levels do you play at?

Re: Results
easy three bet. If he was 3 betting and you had the option to cap it would have been tougher (i would still cap though /images/graemlins/laugh.gif)

Re: AQo vs tagish 3bettor
Bingo. At the time i was thinking check raise MP2 turn bet which was the completely wrong line to take. Even if it went as planned he'll likely three bet, making it another 2BB to get to showdown.

Re: AQo vs tagish 3bettor
Actually, check raise wouldn't clean up any outs other than the unlikely A8 + Q8 since there's a pair there

Re: AQo vs tagish 3bettor
Is the plan for the check-raise to clean up outs and get it heads up? I didn't think of it at the time, there would be a chance he'd three bet it though.

Should I pay off 2 BB here?
UTG is a monkey: VP$IP 63% PFR 17% - has 5 BB left
UTG+1 is tight passive 13% 5%
Didn't have proper reads on the others at the time other than that they were loose (as you can see), all approx...

Re: Defending BB with small pair
Yes i know that, but in my interpretation that doesn't mean that he's a monkey and given that, it's really fricken hard to make this a profitable call over the long term, even if he'd raising with...

Re: Defending BB with small pair
Hang on, sure this is a close situation pre-flop but it's not a fold if you're not retarded post flop. Yes, UTG has a reasonable hand, but you'd be giving up +ev (albeit small) if you always fold in...

Re: Defending BB with small pair
Do you think he'd call down the check raise without hand? What hands would you push him off if he had you beat?
I'd probably go for a call/call/bet, if he's the bet/bet/check after a raise type....
