Neteller Declined Transfer from EuroBet

In a year and a half, this is the first time ever a transaction has been declined by Neteller.

I made a successful withdrawl from EuroBet about a month ago but this last one was declined (for $500).

What usually causes this? What's the best way to go about getting it straightened out?

Neteller has been having problems with their servers.

When I look at the Neteller account history, during the past few weeks their has been a number of 'declines' For all of them tho the site (poker site) almost immediately makes second requests and those go through.

The response from Neteller was that it probably was a technical error. ("Your transfer from the merchant may have declined due to a technical error. Please attempt that transfer again.)

The Eurobet response was "Thank you for your message.
We would you like to inform you that the withdrawal request made the 16-12-04 of 495£ it will be processed today at 17:30 english time."

So it looks like it was a systemic issue with Eurobet.

Heh, i've had this a few times i rang up and the exact answer i was given 'don't withdraw on weekends'.

Happened last month with William Hill for me. They failed four times running, I've never heard such an apologetic customs rep.

mine showed up declined as well (eurobet). The thing that i'm worried about is that in neteller it's showing declined and the money is not in my Eurobet account any longer.

I sent an email off to Eurobet about it, hopefully it gets corrected. Need this money for that Party reload bonus.

Another "Declined" appeared in the Neteller summary at 12:44 today.
