Re: Bad way to play AA?
You have 10 bets in the pot. Bet and raise as much as you can to knock people out of the pot. Take more ten bet wins and enjoy poker more. /images/graemlins/ooo.gif

not quite
IF everyone called the flop, then it might be more likly that someone called with a seven in his hand than a four. Therefore, there MAY still be two fours in the remaining deck and only one seven....

Re: K J (s)
I have found over the years that KJ(s) plays much better against one or four opponents. If I rasie I may wind up with two or three, which I have found to be not as good. Maybe I should rethink this!?!

everything the same
I would play all 4 streets the same, except for:
Pre-Flop, The Flop, The Turn and The River.
After 2 limpers and a raise you are surly behind. I would fold.
The flop gives you a flush <font...

Re: JQo, flopped top pair, 2 bets to me.
The preflop call is very weak after only two limpers. You need at least 4 callers to even think about maybe possilbly going in.You then get top pair on the flop and fold????? Most likly they are...

Why play this had at all?
The reason you would play 78 /images/graemlins/heart.gif is that you are hoping to get a flush, not hoping for a straight flush. Once two /images/graemlins/heart.gif hit the board you have a chance...

Re: Should I fold these overcards?
On the flop you have two overcards to the board. You also have a backdoor st and a backdoor flush. You are facing a Button that bet after 3 passes. CALL and see one card.

I was invited to a home game of 5 10 with a kill. It is a very loose passive game. Easy to beat. That is untill it becomes a kill pot, which is whenever someone wins a pot over $140. Then everyone...

Raise the flop!
I don't play at your level, but here's my opinion anyway. You have 9 hearts to the nut flush. You have two outs that are aces and three 7s to help your hand. This is a big
overlay. Raise the flop.

You will lose with a queen high flush very seldom. Don't worry about it just because it happened here. He could have been rasing with many hands. I would like to have this hand <font color="blue">...
