Default Opening Night in a new poker town: will the games be good or tight?

Someone recently announced that Milwaukee is opening a poker room on 4/26. My question is, what do you think the first couple months of a poker room would feel like? Conventional wisdom would be that it would be loose as hell, but considering that word hasn't spread yet, my fear is that the people that would seek it out right away would be good players and that the fish take longer to discover it.

Thoughts?

Fish run in schools. There will be so much money to be had that you may want to quit your job, or at least take a leave of absence.
