Re: Reraised with QQ: Let us take a poll.

Re: 5-5 hand against a LAG

i like the flop call. i think taking the lead away from this type of player is a far greater mistake than worrying about the few times he may have a legitimate draw here.

Thoughts on interpreting the third bet

A couple of the recent posts have me thinking about the meaning of the third bet being put in on the flop by an opponent who is out of position with plently of $$$ behind. Assuming a thinking...

Re: Playing Against Me

It really comes down to how UTG would weight your range of hands given the overbet on the flop.

I see three possibities(given a range of hands to be AA-TT/AKs):

1. AA-TT/AKs are all equally...

what do you think of my line?

I like it given your reads that MP will likely call with a king, and the button will be hesitant to overcall with his weak 4. This can be...

Re: Common scenario that I don\'t know how to deal with.

I like calling the raise PF, betting the flop and folding to a raise (provided the money is deep enough...when its shallow you might as well get it all in PF).

I would...

If I reraise preflop, he's folding hands worse than mine, and playing hands that are better than mine. Not reraising is actually far more profitable if he has a hand like JJ or TT, so I...
