yeah if i could do it again i would have folded...i think i panicked and was kind of shocked it was folded to me in the small blind and acted too quickly. I need a little dose of the patience David...

Seems like you accomplished your goal of doubling plus some to 12k problem is that if you keep going all in with marginal hands you will be picked off. If you keep making the same play eventually...

I definately would prefer the check raise all in play on the flop to the check call. You want to get your money in when you have the best hand and at that point you would have to think you were ahead

Obviously I am a new poster here but you were right when you felt his hand was weak with the two 9s on the flop. If you were going to make a move perhaps you should have pushed in on the flop...
