Default Hazardous Flop

I lost a considerable amount of chips on a flop that pairs

the board(E.g. 5 5 K).

In such a situation, if I have the K, should I bet, call,

or fold? I understand that a set answer cannot be diagnosed

permanently, but what if: 1) I am raised on the flop 2)

called on the flop, but raised on the turn after a blank

appeared?

It depends. Was the pot raised pre-flop? What are your opponents like? Is this limit?

It's absolutely ridiculous how many variables need to be considered in this type of situation. If you posted an entire sample hand with reads on players, it would draw more helpful responses.

definately depends on your opponent and as Kurn said if the pot was raised. Whats your kicker with your King...a lot of factors involved

Hey Gambler,

Post a specific hand in the micro or small stakes forum. You will get the help you need. Good luck.

I would watch out for this player in the future, sounds like he has a very good pattern map.

>>>He raised you, and called your re-raise on the flop, with a pair of 2s!

The proper response would be to type "nh" in the chat box at the end of the hand, and move on.
