Re: Turned a full: Slowplay?
I would minraise the turn since you are last to talk and everyone called the bet. Build the pot ! And raise/push the river.
I Call the turn bet only if I was BB or UTG and want more people to stay...

Re: bottom set (22).
nah the 250$ were from .5/1 and 1/2 but that was just to point out I was probably not 100% in the hand.
btw it's $1 BB not .5, the converter is wrong.

Re: bottom set (22).
another thing important (about my play) is I had lost nearly 250$ in the previous 2hours so I am probably less confident in pushing on the river with this hand. (but ended even for the night so...

bottom set (22).
hi,
here is a hand I played last night. I don't know how bad (or not) I played them and I really need some input for every street. I think I played it too weak.
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em,...

Re: 2/4 NL. . . I play GOOOD!
if you think UTG is solid do you really think he would bet only $4 on the flop (with a set) in a $22 pot with 2 spades on board and 4 players to talk after him ?

I have 8k in chips and I am on the button. Everyone fold to me and I have A4o....

I disagree with the other poster about betting the flop. I think you played the hand correctly. You're hand is strong enough to...

Re: Calling all in bets on the river ... strategy
imo you lost this hand on the flop.
You should bet it on the flop. your check and call on the turn was weak, he knew you didn't have any ace (probably the same for him).
If you bet the flop there...

Re: Weak play?
with your position I am not sure it's a good idea to just call his bet on the flop. I think you have to reraise to not let him draw to his K or A. And that's a good way to know where you are at. If...

Weak or EV+
I have no read on this table except the few hands I saw were pretty loose and people liked to draw (even to few outs).
As SB I didn't want to reraise preflop I think calling was the best thing to...

my though are MP should have fold after the preflop raise. He will play a drawing hand out of position. When he see the flop he try to bluff the pot with his bottom pair when the preflop raiser have...

Re: Preflop hands question
I forgot to say I play on (the best site /images/graemlins/wink.gif) pokerstars, not on party. So the hand selection may be more important I guess.
I know for sure I won't call a 5BB+ bet with AQ...
