Re: 99

My initial thought was to bet out on the flop to push out the button if CO will raise with AK, but if button is truly that bad, let him stick around.

I think I call the flop bet and donk the turn,...

Re: Can\'t connect to poker sites

Thanks. I didn't figure out what the problem was, but I just tried getting onto Party and had no problem. Maybe there was some wider-range internet issue or something. Hopefully it won't come up...

Can\'t connect to poker sites

I'm at my in-laws house for the holiday weekend and I'm able to connect to the internet via their wireless network w/ my laptop. I have absolutely no problems connecting to any website I've tried...

Re: Best Nickelodeon Show Ever

I never actually watched "Hey Dude", but I went to high school with Josh Tygiel, the kid who played Buddy, while he was filming the show. It was filmed at a ranch not that far from where I lived in...

Re: *Official* Star Wars III thread

I'm new to thread and this will probably not be read...

Doesn't Palpatine state that Darth Plegasus (or whatever his name was) learned how to manipulate midichlorians to create life as well as...

Re: T8s with some fun decisions

Does anyone think a PF raise to get the button with all of these limpers is out of the question? Or am I just becoming a LAG?

As for the rest of the hand, very well played. I hoped you didn't...

Re: T9s turn

Without a read, I think I take my free card here and nail an 8 on the river.

I guess if I think of this logically, though, he probably leads this with a draw (KT, 9T) to trap the field and not...

Re: Overcards and a downswing

Hand 1 I probably fold the river, everything else I play the same. It really looks like villian has a pocket pair.

Hand 2 I think I probably fire another round on the turn. Being OOP with...

Re: AA in SB -- Whatcha gonna do??

I don't want to try for a checkraise on the turn in this pot. We have no reason to believe either of the late position players will bet the turn. All they did on the flop was call, which by my...

Re: How close are these 2 calls?

This is by no means an auto-raise (and is at the bottom of the range of hands I'd do this with), and I wouldn't expect anyone to fold to the raise. I'd be putting one extra sb into the pot to get at...

Re: Taking a stab with 76o

I like to have no more than two opponents in a hand and for the flop to be a little more ragged to take a stab at the pot from the blinds. There's too many draws and the presence of the ace isn't...

Re: Party KK Hand

I would be inclined to three-bet the flop in this hand. MP2 could very well hold AQ/KQ and be raising 'cause he thinks he's ahead. The only strong draw on this flop is JT for an OESD, and if that's...

Re: Ahhh wtf... everyones got a set or something!!!

Depending on a read on UTG+1 and the players behind, you definitely have to raise or fold this. I'm none too fond of ATo with lots of people in the pot, so if I have to play it, I'd really like to...

Re: Hmm, maybe someone else has a flush too?

I really like the turn cap. Much like set-over-set, it takes me a bit to worry about a bigger flush being out there. And if there is, it doesn't have to be bigger than J-high. I wouldn't be...

Re: How close are these 2 calls?

I think I like a raise PF with all of the posters showing no strength in front of you. It's probably pretty close between that and limping though.

I'd see a flop with this on the button with 4...

Re: AQo is a good hand, right?

Hero calls. I don't think I'd want to build an even bigger pot with AQo out of position.

Do you have a read on UTG? Is he predisposed to raising the flop when bet into? You're in a pretty good...
