Better than you, I would fold that flop as well. Could be 2pair or a set of 2s/9s.

Do you typically limp ATo in MP1 after 1 limper? (not that it's right or wrong) Personally this is raise/fold territory for me.

I think limping here preflop is pretty terrible, and it sure does make the flop play a lot easier. Once you limp preflop, any ace is now thinking his top pair is good, and I'd expect hands you're beating to 3-bet that flop. So now you're stuck in shitty no-mans land having to call two back on the flop possibly drawing dead or drawing to 3, or you're possibly still winning, but you've got no clue. I fold that flop if I limp, but I almost never limp ATo unless I'm in the blinds.

Nothing, nice flop fold if you had no strong reads.

I generally don't play ATo until later. I'd probably fold the flop like you did as well.

Depending on a read on UTG+1 and the players behind, you definitely have to raise or fold this. I'm none too fond of ATo with lots of people in the pot, so if I have to play it, I'd really like to limit the field and try to isolate UTG+1. If the players behind are prone to cold-calling raises, I'd just muck without any regrets.

I think the hand would play out differently, but given that you limped, I would think I'm definitely behind in this spot. And while hero may or may not have hidden outs to two pair, it's hard to know what they are. I think folding when it's two-bets back to you is pretty easy.

The real question here is WTF is UTG+1 drawing to that he didn't catch on the turn and/or river? The only thing I can think is maybe a backdoor spade draw which explains the check/call on the turn.

Either way i'd like to get that guys handle and add him to my buddy list

Or some other random trash.

Btw, this is why ATo is not a good limping hand. If you must play it from here, raise, it gets some of that trash outta there.
