Re: The \"lifespan\" of Online Poker
This is a very interesting debate.
Going to Vegas years ago, I thought "How the heck can they keep building new casinos, each bigger than the rest, one after another . . .?" And yet each one...

Re: SNG theory - early edges vs late
[ QUOTE ]

I think this assumption is quite unreasonable early on in an SNG, unless you have other people in the hand holding what they...

Intimidated/weak-tight in B&M/casino play?
I have played poker for less than a year now and really enjoy it. Thanks to the 2+2 website, etc., I have become a winning player at .5/1 limit, $25 NL and $10 SNGs. So I'm doing ok. My natural...

Re: One more AKo on the bubble
Interesting. I didn't really consider calling. I was in "push or fold" mode.
But I guess in the back of my mind I figured if I just called, he could really have "any 2" and he would probably...

Re: Step 2....Level 3 AK on the Big Blind

Re: Opening up another Party skin account
I opened up an Empire account (in addition to my preexisting Party account) in early February. I was prepared for all kinds of problems (see the other posts on the topic), but it went fine.
I...

Thoughts on Paulsons / JB
I voted for Paulsons. However, I had the following thoughts after receiving my 7 chip sample of the James Bonds:
Pros --
1. The feel and sound are great--maybe perfect.
2. The edge spots are...

Re: Looking for Opinion on My Chips
Like the idea, the colors and the font on the text. I think having the 1 image rather than the 3 is a big improvement.
However, to my taste, the actual falcon image struck me as a little "clunky"...

Shipping Costs
Just a quick question. How much is shipping expected to run for a 500 - 650 chip set (in the western united states). I couldn't find shipping costs on the website.
Thanks.

Re: Low Limit table image.
I agree with the above posters. At the very low limits people don't pay too much attention.
The first time I played B&M, I went to Hollywood Park in Los Angeles and sat down at a 2/4 table. I...
