Re: Soaring Eagle

Yea, I have noticed the games are filled with the very young and the very old mainly. I qualify as part of the very very young you see.

Recently i was playing in a 3-6 B+M game. It seemed very loose passive, as there was practically no raising done pre-flop. Anyway, I'm on the button and I like to wait until the action is too me...

Re: Question about 2003 and 2004 WSOP Coverage

I watched way too much of WSOP '03
25K - Purple
10K - Pink
5k - Orange
1k - White

Not so sure about the lower values as they dont show the early episodes nearly as often.

Re: Springsteen

Darkness on the Edge of Town
This has to be his best studio album. Take this over Born to Run anyday. Actually, I'd also take Nebraska over Born to Run.

Re: Way too loose preflop?

Re: Would you raise at this point?

I would just call it down, but given the action on other streets this will at least get 3-bet and possibly capped. Just call through, the pot is huge at this point.

Re: Check-raise the river?

I would not call the bet pre flop, and then after you did i would not call two bets. Even will a few callers, this is a very weak hand. I would probably just bet the river and 3-bet if it was...

Re: Chad Johnson is hilarious

I beleive that in the game following his creative from of trash talking, Johnson had merely 3 catches for 39 yards along with 4 dropped balls. So much for making the DB's sick
