It's not nearly as easy a call as everyone seems to think it is.
When you flop a set, you're about 35% to fill by the river. Let's assume that at least one of your opponents has the flush...

I don't think there's any way for you to get away from this hand postflop. The SB could be check-raising with any number of hands, trying to steal the pot. It's just bad luck that you happened to hit...
