How do you push your chips in?
Say you want to bet 1200 chips in a tournament and want to bet all 100s. Do you push in 2 stacks of 5 with 2 on top in the middle or 3 stacks of 4....something different? Just wondering what most...

Well I never had to actually enforce the cheating rule. All new players in my game have to read the rules and agree before playing. It just makes me feel better knowing that rule was acknowledged...
