straight on a monotone flop

What's my move here? Villain is 27/10/4.6, hasn't been very out of line. Button is pretty crazy, overbetting a bunch of pots. villain seems to be waiting pretty patiently for a chance to double up...

Only play about 40 hands with villain. 21/7. he seems really to be really aggressive on the flop and slows down if he's called. do i raise anywhere here? fold?

Hands that need to see a showdown

I see a lot of threads where people talk about hands that need to see a showdown. These are usually good but not great hands like tpgk, trips with bad kicker...etc. Could someone elaborate on this...
