Re: The value of aggression
after thinking about it I have to agree with the call down line. You can only make this raise if you are comftorable laying down to a 3-bet on the flop. Against that aggressive a player I'd think...

Re: Is \"implied limping\" a valid concept.
Early position limpers do in fact encourage more people to limp. You get in trouble however when you assume you'll get a 6-way pot, limp in in EP, but instead get isolated by an aggressive player...

Re: A 15-30 hand.
Even a loose passive may have ak and slowplayed. Paying two more big bets to win 9, when even is he does have 2 pair you'll win 1/6 times and you're paying 2 to get 7, your would have to have an...

Re: Canterbury Park...?
its open 24-7, they spread 30-60,15-30,8-16, 6-12 etc. Only been there a few times, but I'd think you'd be able to find at least an 8-16 game at 4am. Peak times they'll have 20 tables running.

Re: Pocket Tens question
You're probably right, assuming the raiser has enough sense to not overplay the hand when overs fall

Re: Starting hands question
The charts are fine for what they are telling you. Again, look at the pokerroom charts, they give you expectation by the starting hand / position / # of players.
AK is a dog to 22 headsup when...

Re: Pocket Tens question
Are you all betting into overcards on the flop with 3 players to act behind you? I don't want to encourage people to chase with overs so I usually go check and autobet most flops.

Re: Starting hands question
suited cards are better multiway, and a lot better with 10 ppl going to river, why does this surprise you?
pokerroom charts are better as they will show winrates on actual hands played out

Re: Thoughts
After constant failure short-handed, I found the 21 vpip naturally after dumping almost 500 on party 1/2 6max while trying all sorts of styles and plays. Now I get just over 2BB / 100 over all...

My monitor is at 2048 x 1536 resolution but to six table the tables overlap vertically, can see the cards but not the chat / buttons. Cost like 200 bucks at best buy. Anyone know the cheapest...

I signed up for Empire two days ago to bonus whore. No trickery and it works fine. Although I did dump about 5 bills, maybe its the cashout curse in reverse?

Re: So I\'m thinking about whoring Absolute...
There's usually a handful of 3-6 games along with a 5-10 game. During peak times you'll find one 10-20 or two and four or five 5-10s. The site kills my computer, so its probably not worth it...
