I think your flop bet was too small. Betting only 20 encourages any decent draw to stay in the hand, which makes me nervous when holding AA. I'd bet around 40-50 on the flop.

I would bet half the pot to maximize the chance he calls. This also gives him a chance to come over the top of you if he wants to get fancy.
