Re: My PokerMountain account empty

I agree, if I were a customer I'd be nervous too, the zero balance bug would have been VERY scary, and that we seem to be shrinking into the wall wouldn't help either. But it was a marketing...

Re: My PokerMountain account empty

Thanks Boot,

Yeah, it's tough, the worst part was seeing our design so messed up in the implementation. Actually, I still like the design, just not the graphics, and not the bugs. If the site...

Re: My PokerMountain account empty

I'm sorry Ryan, the investors wish to remain private, I think this is common in many privately held companies, and I don't think it would be fair of me or anyone to divulge their names. All I can...

Re: My PokerMountain account empty

Sorry I didn't see this sooner, I am busy giving my yearly donation to WSOP, not checking the forums too often.

First off, your money is still there, and safe. The finance servers we use are...

The freeroll is actually a true 'freeroll', no dollar to enter, no need to be a cash money player to enter (play money accounts can register too).

Re: Pokermountain makes a rotten marketing decison

I'm actually a little surprised at some of the responses here. I agree with naschburger that if you take the time to sign up for our tourney, and we crash, then we owe you. In this case, we stood...

We still have the 100% match bonus deal (it's $500, not $600). You can sign up with any of the bonus codes (you'll find some of them posted on 2+2), or just load up the software after downloading...

Sorry, still not working for Neteller. Once we get the Securus upgrade in place we'll be able to take credit cards, and other stuff, hopefully soon.
