Re: 10-20 NLH -- 3 hands against the same villain
I'm not sure of the alternative. I'm looking at it from the perspective that the object is to win $, not pots, and a c.$2000 bluff to win c.$200 seems out of kilter w that. Also if a K does call,...

Re: Restealing.
I think the best idea is to resteal from any position - don't make it about defending blinds all the time, with the obvious care that the position and tendencies of the original raiser necessitate....

Re: Foxwoods Sunday
I'm fairly certain that the 1 and a half times thing is a rule in limit erroneously carried over to no-limit.

Re: 5/10 NL...Underfull w/ very deep stacks
What do you mean by Prima, whenever I check it out, it shows a multiplicity of sites (i.e. Prima seems to act as a gateway to other sites), not one single Prima site. Can anyone explain?

AZK, could you please explain the rationale for checking behind. I actually would have pushed here. (I do understand check or push over that bet.)

Re: Is this a good floor decision at Wynn?
Thanks. That actually makes me feel slightly better.
Also, curious what you guys think of the consensus at the table that the three (at least) guys who saw the mistake at the time it was made and...

Re: Is this a good floor decision at Wynn?
I had QQ at the Borgata in AC against 10J. Board was 10J55A. $600 pot was pushed to the other guy. I stupidly missed it. About three hands later, other players mentioned it saying they didn't feel...

Re: Results
The guy had obviously been calling you down on the first 2 streets putting you on over cards and simply hit his miracle card on the river.

Re: Step 3 Hand, please help
I really didn't mean it to be. If it's simple that that's what it was, I apologize. I was just wondering if there was anything at all to think about in this hand, in a tournament context, that I may...

Re: set of 4\'s at borgata 10/25, what bet?
I think the 700 bet would have been a smart move. My concern about just calling and allowing another card before I c/r, was allowing possibly two players w. K2 to draw too cheaply for their boat with...

set of 4\'s at borgata 10/25, what bet?
Action game with decent players. Five, including myself, with 44 in the BB, limp pre-flop. Dream flop of K42 rainbow. With this many players in, I check and wait to see what develops. I am not...

Re: AK blows
In the generally loose games I play in I like to limp/call with AK in all but late position. It masks my hand and if there's no raise, can be played in that situation post flop without much of a...

Just tried 72nd (Players Club - I hadn't known about the raid, obviously) where I was greeted by a cop. I assured him I was not an employee and was on my way. Called Ace Point on e. side and got no...

Re: 5-5 JJ hand
" good players don't tend to limp in UTG w/TJ and call preflop raises." Why not, if the hand will be played multiway?
