Surely he didnt check raise you with KT and then check the turn when he hit the straight. If he did hes getting alot of my money.

I think he has QQ or JJ. I wouldve bet the turn and hoped he thought you had AK and he raised you. Im definatley raising the river. No way he thinks you have AA after you checked behind at the turn.

The turn completed a straight draw and flush draw.

re-raise, re-raise. He has a set or two pair no straight. Play them more aggresive another guy in that hand would break you with a straight

Looks like he's expecting you to bet your AK on the turn. I'd definitely oblige him so he can check raise with his two pair or set and learn the grim news about your actual holding. Can he call up preflop with kts preflop? Don't be too weak ya gotta be willing to play big pots with big hands. I think you're leaving a lot on the felt with this approach. What are you doing on the turn, from the tone of your orignal post it seems like you don't even know. I mean you wouldn't say you're slowplaying or trapping and you wouldn't say that you're losing I hope. I think your indecision (ie weakness) led you to play far too passively here.

so we put villain on a check raise min with a flush draw into the preflop raiser?

i think youd need a strong read to make this sort of assumption, essentially that villain wants a cheap turn card and does this sort of thing regularly.

most people tend to check call their big draws if the pots small because of the implied odds...correct?

i dont see how you can be that worried about being behind on the turn, villain seems to not like the card either

I'm not saying he has the flush or flush draw, i'm just saying that many people don't even realize its there after having read the post.
