They let it go alot of the time, but if you ask the floor people they will tell you only the $5 and $25 chips play.

Odd....I usually tip the dealers 1 or 2 dollars....I usually don't use a $5 chip or a $25 chip to tip dealers.

I'm not sure this interpretation is correct. This is the same legal clause that alot of offline online 'sports books' use, and often they use this clause to keep a players money if they win too...

The only problem with that logic is that a player such as myself that sees on average 1,000 hands per day is fairly profitable for Party Poker. They have systematically removed many of the benefits...

Very good point, I didn't even think to consider that. However, since I don't actually receive the 'prize' until 2005...I would claim the win in 2005 and try to offset it with the 'loss'....

In theory that would mean that if someone wins a super sat. for the WSOP, and than does not place in the money...they would have to claim a $10k win against their taxes. That doesn't sound...
