party still holding bankroll as "in play"... anyone else seeing this?

Party still has part of my bankroll listed as "in play" after the server crash earlier in the day. Anyone else having this problem still?

Yes. It's been several hours, and the money I had at a few tables has still not been returned to my account. I've just emailed Party to inform them. I'll post back here when they get back to me. I'm a little hot under the collar right now.

I provided them with my transaction history, the hand numbers of the last hands I played at these tables, and the table names.

I called support - they told me that they were aware of the problem and that the $$ would be back in my account in 2 hours.... that was about 3 hours ago.

It just occurred to me that many tables I'm familiar with aren't around right now. They all must be down for maintainance, and the tables that are currently up are new tables. So as soon as they fix the old tables, my money will probably find its way back into my account.

I haven't received an email back yet. I'll check in the morning. Going to bed now.

I'm having the same problem. I just called support and they said it would be returned to my account within 12 to 24 hours. Not very comforting.

When I asked what the problem was they said it was a problem with their ISP, which is generally a load of crap.

The same thing happend to me about a month ago. They had my money back in my account fairly quickly.

The same thing happened to me last night. I just got the money back with this message:

Dear ,
We apologize for the inconvenience that you encountered while playing at the table 'Dexterous Mavericks' on 06/23/2004.

From our records, we have found that you had $17.5 at the start of the game in which the problem occured. This game has been construed as a 'misdeal' and we have refunded the money back to your account.

We thank you for your support and your patience and look forward to seeing you at the tables.

What burns me up a little is that was the amount that I sat down at the table with. I played at least 50 hands and was up to about $19 when I got up and left the table. The table didn't crash while I was playing. I guess it's only $1.50, but still, what if i hadn't had my head up my ass and was up a decent amount of money?

Is this also the reason why it was impossible to get into a .5/1 game last night? Every table they had was full with a 363-person waiting ilst. I had to go win an SNG instead.
