You seem to know your stuff.

How much will size of audeince effect the negoitations, because at the moment my size of audience is mostly limited by the informal nature by which I display my work, though I can assure you competition for tickets is fierce. Therefore I am thinking of hiring a licensced audotrioum of some kind and organizing a live multitelwebinternetcast.

Should I be upfront about this or play my hand more slowly ?

Just send them a picture of yourself. Party will feel so sorry for you, Mike and Shawn will personally set the whole thing up for you.

Sorry,

I thought that my post about the multiinternettelcast and how my tickets are sought after fericously you knew that I was joking. I thought you were playing along.

I just found the idea of someone charging to have people watch them play inherntly amusing and had to run with it a bit.

Sorry for wasting your time.

Kernow.

I'm not sure this interpretation is correct. This is the same legal clause that alot of offline online 'sports books' use, and often they use this clause to keep a players money if they win too much. Check out the book 'Telling Lies and Getting Paid', chapter on offshore sports books.

This part: Serious Answer:

Its a standard limitation clause. It makes no difference whether you are a "professional player" or not. This clause just means you cannot make any use of these games, other than logging on and playing.

As an example, you buy the cable NFL games package. It will have almost identical language. This prevents a bar from using the package, then charging admission (there are separate licenses one has to buy for this).

This part: Joke.
[ QUOTE ]
Therefore, you can't be an Online Champ, and charge your friends money to watch you play Omaha8, without further permission from Party.

My request for a serious answer wasnt about the licensing clause, it was what I thought was an obvioulsy sarcastic response to your photojibe.

I.e. That I wanted to get a serious answer to the question about wether I should play my hand slowly about getting permission from Party to get a licensed auditorium in which people could pay to watch me play online poker.

Obviously I dont realy want a serious answer to this question. I was just trying to play a part.

I think we are having a brit/yank humour mistranslation event dude.

But let me assure you I have been feckin hillarious in this thread you just havent gotten in yet.
