Also, with no reads, you cannot be sure that he wouldn't play like this with top pair no kicker, e.g., A5o.

I think is ok to keep value-betting, even against an LP. Sure, he will sometimes show you a ten, and sometimes just fold a busted flush draw, but more often he will pay you off with a worse hand.

I think the turn bet is ok, but I'd consider checking and hoping that he checks behind.

You have to call the river three-bet, but I think that you will often be shown A6o or similar for two pair.

at microlimits, however, I usually play much tighter than
