He has AQ or KQs. There is not enough info to put you on a hand. Your range would be what Sthief said, but with no reads, I would raise the river with AQ.

I think raising and calling are both +EV. In this situation, since you don't really need to clear your A outs (you'll have two pair), I would call.
Raising is still ok, for the reasons already...
