Another quiz (not quite as long but still quizy) - part 1

Ok. In response to some comments to chop it up, I've tried to reduce it to a more manageable size.

Comments appreciated.

Assume all are party $50+5 with no reads other than when indicated (you...

Another Quiz (long...and quizzy)

Ok. I can't even remember the last time I posted but it has been a long time I think. Just going through some old posts, I re-read the "Quiz time" post by zac777 Original Quiz...

Re: Player vector and tournament equity

Some valid thoughts here. I think the best way to approach this would be to use past results and run a regression analysis based on table averages of completed SNG's using poker prophecy. If you...

Re: Who played this worse?

Agree with Gator.

BB played correctly although I would have bet out on the flop if I were BB.

Preflop: I don't mind raising 3BB if the table is tight but a min-raise won't accomplish anything....

Re: Sharing O8 databases

I am at just under 800k hands and should hopefully reach a million hands in the next week or so. I am looking at some of the results so far at the 10/20 and 20/40 level and have seen some pretty...

Re: Sharing O8 databases

I have 500k+ hands of o8 limit split between 6max 1/2 & 5/10 and full ring 10/20 & 20/40. Lemme know how this goes and I'll try to contribute in some meaningful way. I would also consider trading...

Re: Dell Inspiron 9300 queston

The problem is the LCD screen, not your video card. 64MB would have been fine. Unless you specifically upgraded to WUXGA you will not be able to run 1920x1200. I also believe that the resolution...

Re: Pls check my stats - (somewhat long and almost emotional)

Honestly, from the tone of your posts I think you have a bit too much of a rock mentality and it may be difficult for you to loosen up sufficiently so that's why I suggested scrapping your old...

Re: Pls check my stats - (somewhat long and almost emotional)

Let me qualify my comments by saying there are a lot more experienced players out there than me but one thing I do have is a pokertracker omaha database with 500,000 hands and I can tell you there...
