Hand 1 - I think you have to 3 bet the turn. If capped, then you check call the river. If he just calls your 3 bet, i would lead out on the river.

I might raise the turn here and fold to a 3 bet. I'm not sure what the consensus is on raising the flop. Since he is passive and loose I am guessing either AA or AXc is villians hand.

Is 3 betting the turn a valid play here? Or were you trying to keep the button in? I would 3 bet the turn to try to get button out in case he picked up a straight draw.
