if i bet the river and was raised, based on the size of the pot i would've had to call right?
the problem was, i didn't want to call a river checkraise. i probably would've had a heart attack...

but if i raised the flop i would've built the pot enough for people with overcards to call profitably on the turn. the only way i could get people to fold was to raise on the turn.
