You can't checkraise when you have position on him.
I think your question is 'should I raise the turn?'. I would only raise this turn if I could safely fold to a 3-bet. With only 23 hands seen, I just call down and make a note of this strange betting pattern. |

AQ makes sense, but so does KQs, or just an A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Personally, I raise here. But I have no problem how you played it.
