Default should i checkraise when my read tells me he has the straight?

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

his stats are 13/9/2.9 with 23 hands seen.

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. CO posts a blind of $3.
UTG calls, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, CO (poster) checks, Button calls, <font color="#CC3333">SB <font color="#A500AF">(moneybags player)</font> raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, UTG folds, CO folds, Button folds, SB <font color="#A500AF">(moneybags player)</font> calls.

Flop: (9 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
moneybags player checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, moneybags player calls.

Turn: (5.50 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>

i put him on AQ after he called the flop. am i giving him too much credit? should i checkraise?

You can't checkraise when you have position on him.

I think your question is 'should I raise the turn?'. I would only raise this turn if I could safely fold to a 3-bet. With only 23 hands seen, I just call down and make a note of this strange betting pattern.

AQ makes sense, but so does KQs, or just an A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Personally, I raise here. But I have no problem how you played it.
