Re: I finished my 1,000 SNG quest

As soon as Curtains comes home, tells me to stop talking about the dog that hasn't even been BORN yet), throws me off the computer, and reclaims his title as King of Everything and Champion of the...

Re: I finished my 1,000 SNG quest

Good point. Guess the dog's going to college after all. And the kids can stay home and play games all day.

(We're getting a very rare German Water Dog (don't tell Curtains that it's just a...

Re: I finished my 1,000 SNG quest

Good for you. It's important to get as much rakeback from your kids as possible.

(Dogs don't talk back. Or go to college.)

Re: I finished my 1,000 SNG quest

CLEARLY that is a typo.

RIGHT?

(There may or may not be some 2+2ers who would rather chew off their own legs at the knee than think about children. We wouldn't want to scare them from the...

Re: I finished my 1,000 SNG quest

Yeah, but:

real estate: a fluxing beast with capital gains taxes and hastle and "the BUBBLE" and there's no World Champion of real estate
poker: you win all the money in the world and crush the...

Re: I finished my 1,000 SNG quest

Yeah, but, are you going to buy me a $2k dog?

If yes, please PM your address and favorite home-cooked meals. (I'll tell Curtains I was abducted by bears, so it's all okay,)

Re: Quick Question

Yes.

Why risk all your chips for the blinds?

At that point, a re-raise for $120-150 would be standard for me at the 5s. So many people bust with pre-flop pushes in the early levels- why be one...

Re: I won a $30 dollar sit and go by pushing every single hand.

Min-raising/ min-betting is always wrong.

Always. (Except for sometimes for trickery- but that might be wrong, too.)

Re: Too Tight?

Yeah, no, I totally disagree.

Loosing up in the 5s is sort of the dumbest strategy I've heard yet.

Re: Too Tight?

I'm not expert, but I play the 5s at Euro, and this is a very standard laydown for me.

Under no circumstance would I raise on the flop, unless I hit both pair on a rainbow board.

I think at the...

I have yet to hear any actual imput re. KQ. Unless you have some real non-crazy person advice to offer here, why don't you go wag your dick someplace else?

Yeah, but, this isn't about you, nor is it about a Party Sit n GO.

Bickering off-topic is not so much helpful, though reading through some of your other posts, it seems that you may be a crazy...

Re: What to do with KQs/o past level 2 in the 5s?

Thank you very much, Citanul. I stopped reading Jacky McJackassy's post after the Party contingency, as I only play at Eurobet.

I never limp (no hyperbole here- I mean NEVER) after L2, until maybe...

What to do with KQs/o past level 2 in the 5s?

Curtains is still asleep (it's only 2:20 EST...) and I gotta know: what should I be doing (besides fold) with KQs/o in any non-blind position past level 2? (I fold in 1+2 unless in a blind.)

Re: How many of you people actually have real jobs?

You could say that right here? In big letters?

Re: $215: With all the 17%+ ROI winners, where are the losers coming f

I lose money. For instance, I am currently down 8$. I was down 50$ until I plugged my leaks. And reloaded my bankroll.

Re: How many of you people actually have real jobs?

What a great thread.

I should do another poll called: Do your wives/ girlfriends support your poker habit?

Because people need to share. It's good for you.

Re: How many of you people actually have real jobs?

'Grad student' was named one of the worst jobs by some magazine or something. I wasn't really paying attention, as I was rolling around in riches. Okay, second-hand riches, but riches, nonetheless.
