Re: $25 RPS match
Scissors.
And it's not even close.
Edit: actually it is close. Scissors for the win and sometimes lose, paper for safe draw/sometimes win and rarely lose.

Re: *Official* Party Million Guaranteed Sunday
Was hitting pretty good cards, but now I'm out.
Guy who has been raising preflop often makes it 225 on 25/50 blinds. I make it 600 with AA. He calls
Flop Q83 rainbow, he pushes for 1200 more or...

Re: Spike set on turn, face large reraise on river
It seems like everyone thinks this is an easy call, and against 99% of 25 NL players I auto-call here, but in this case I folded. I may be wrong as everyone seems to disagree, but here's what I was...

Re: Spike set on turn, face large reraise on river
I agree the turn call was bad. At the time I saw the rainbow board and was hoping for some overcalls from hands that were drawing dead. I also didn't want to totally kill my action from villain if he...

Spike set on turn, face large reraise on river
Party 25NL table, sitting to the left of villain who has large stack. When I sat down he had about 200, and he now has 175. He has been raising pretty often preflop (anywhere from min to 12x BB) and...

Re: cashing out \"review process\"
I'm under 21 and live in the US, and have had absolutely no problems at all cashing out on party poker. I wouldn't worry about it. Though, as others have said, lying about your age was pretty...

AKo with a big stack
Playing a $50 NL Hold 'em MTT on party. Had worked my way up from 2x the BB at 100/200 blinds to now have a relatively large stack of ~13000 at 300/600 blinds. 92 people left, top 80 pay. Now that I...

Re: Third break
Finished 11th. I'm very happy with it, but made a big mistake trying to bluff a loose player with about 13 people remaining and lost half my stack.

Re: the worst beat I\'ve ever witnessed
This is the worst beat i've ever seen -- and I'm the one who did it. 0.11% to win after the flop!

Re: High Variance Play
Interesting. I just assumed mine was high since most of the SD's I had seen quoted were around 7-10. Thanks for the good info.

Re: POST #2 - Some pokertracker observations
That is pretty interesting -- all of those hands are winners in my database, some of them pretty significant. Most of these aren't losing much, but the fact they aren't winning indicates something....

High Variance Play
I have been playing on party poker (and lurking these boards) for the last 6 weeks or so and have been fairly successful. Started with a $250 bankroll in .5/1 and am now playing 2/4 with a $1500...

Re: Rivered 2-pair with QQ
BB had 99 for 9's full of 2's and the flopped set.
I think I made some mistakes in this hand, but I don't think I played it as poorly as it might initially seem. Please correct me if I'm wrong...

Rivered 2-pair with QQ
Pretty typical game on party 2/4 with the exception of the player on my left who is very loose preflop and somewhat loose after the flop.
I get red Q's in EMP. 2 folds to me and I raise. Loose...
