Re: Funny $215 Hand.

Doesnt make much sense. On another note...after reading your "running hot" post, I happened to catch you playing a 530 on stars while I was in a 215. Im not sure how you ended up, but were up fairly...

The 3 way chop

In single tables, the 3 way chop is the way to go..everyone is guaranteed better than second place money. No problem in offering this is a.) we are all good players and the money is close, b.) the...

Re: A painfull shower...(running cold and hot)

Sucker. Take a step back and see how closely you can hold to ABC poker. Yours, like mine, maybe a what I like to call soft tilt. After a few bad runs, I:
1.) Will begin to slowplay hands that I feel...

Would anyone like to set up a game with myself and 4 of whom I want to take to battle from stars, and 4 of the PP group that play the 200's...Daliman, Strassa, and 2 others. I can set up a private...

Re: Some S+G questions, $200\'s on up and ROI\'s (Pokerstars)

Yeah, I had not even thought about the fact that I didnt include my other buy-ins..the reason is b/c if I were to lose the 10x in the 200's...I would have dropped down to the 100's with still a bank...

Re: Some S+G questions, $200\'s on up and ROI\'s (Pokerstars)

One thing I should add. I have approximately 25 buy ins for the 200 level currently. This is b/c I never include my old buy in level in the 10x bankroll. Therefore my total bankroll would be 10...

Re: Some S+G questions, $200\'s on up and ROI\'s (Pokerstars)

I understand. Perhaps its a smack to my ego to have to drop down, but ego has no place in poker. Ill do what I have to do to ensure not going broke. Ive never had to deposit in over a year, and I...

Re: Some S+G questions, $200\'s on up and ROI\'s (Pokerstars)

I didnt mean to sound like I think this is easy. I was basically confirming what I thought after entering this level...I had best prepare alot better than I needed at the limits below the $200's. I...

Re: Some S+G questions, $200\'s on up and ROI\'s (Pokerstars)

Your basis for this is not enough play? ROI to low? Not enough experience at the higher levels? The ROI stats are dead on so the accuracy argument is out. You dont need a super large sample size do...

Some S+G questions, $200\'s on up and ROI\'s (Pokerstars)

3 months after learning what a flush was I started out playing $5.50 sit and goes with an $11.00 transfer from a friend exactly 1 year ago. I forced myself to play at the same level until I had ten...

What are the cause of S+G streakiness?

I play 55$ stars sit and goes, and I have just recently moved up last month from the 33's. I consider myself to be a solid player and post and ROI of around 35% for the last year. I still am...

Re: My first 30 $100 + 9 SNG\'s - checkup

What s+g's did you start at. Im wondering when you can expect your ROI to drop considerably. I started in the 5's and my ROI was 54%, moved to the 10's and it upped slightly to 56%, at the 20's which...

Re: Two AKo hands. 1 Good call, 1 questionable...same end result.

Yes it did. The only reason it would have worked so well was the A to hitting the flop giving me top pair/top kicker. Without that ace hitting, with any other hand, I would have given him no action....

Im am "Hero". The other players Ive reduced to 1 letter for simplicity. The opposing player is labeled "villian". Heres the first hand. S+G, 9 players still in. Anyone else play this differently?...
