Yes, pokeroffice does that for Party and PokerStars. It records buyin, fee, win amounts and places automatically while you play(at least for single tables SnGs, have never tried it on multi table).

I agree, PO is way superior during play, but I still like some of the analysis aspects of PT. I use them both and are happy with that.

Yes, you can change the icons. If you bring up the player icons window (and table icons window) you can click at an icon to exchange it.

My pokeroffice tracks winnings of SnG:s, I simply put the live tracker on and it registers place, price money and fee for all SnG:s I play.

You can see the VP$IP in pokeroffice via the live tracker stats, simply select VP$IP either from overlay or live window selection.

GameTime+ with betting actions :)
I have been toying around with PT/GT+ and pokeroffice/overlay. If you run both at the same time and turn off the statistics in pokeroffice you can get GT+ with live pot odds and betting actions....

Don't think so, for me it just imported my entire PT database when I pushed the import button. I didn't have to specify any .mdb files. Try their support.
