I recall reading in one of the Holdem bibles (SSHE or HEP)that one shouldn't spend an undue amount of time determining the "correct" preflop hand chart. Rather one should spend the time mastering...

After you get to the ring page, click on "more details..". At the top there is a box to check, if you check it, preflop will be included in the AF, If you dont , it wont.

Lose bets not pots?
I have often heard Ed Miller says that's its better to lose bets than pots, especially on the river. Did I take that idea too far here? i.e should have have folded to the raise on the river or not?...
