Re: Missed this read - maybe you can do better
Blind Guess--
He might have 4/5. He might have A/3 or even A/2 suited. He might just be re-raising you to see if you have an ace vs. a pocket pair. I would re-raise the flop and if he caps, call...

Re: Pocket Js - 3 straight card flop - help!?

We were the PFR so on a board as such we have to bet here. This is tricky but I think I would just call a raise because any draw will simply get better odds if you 3-bet. If turn is...

Check. There are too many callers here and although some may be on busted draws of whatever kind, you aren't going to get them to fold now if you haven't already. Q/x is calling.

A couple of years ago playing live 4/8 LHE down in Tunica the following happened at my table:

The way you played it, I think we are almost forced to bet the river and fold to a RR. You have bet out every street so you are representing trip K's. If he has trip K's WK, he will most...

Re: Did I overplay this?

I don't like the 3-bet on the flop. Hero only has 6 clean outs to a straight and the overcard puts a dangerously connected board up against what Hero reads as LP players. Call flop, CR turn...

Yeah, I caught just the last five minutes. Reading the other thread gave me most of the fill-in info. Thanks, though

Re: QQ on the button
I bet/3 bet the turn and bet/call the river. I don't see villians showing any strength. Even playing hero's way til river I would bet for both bluff/value bet.

Re: On the fly thinking -- out counting exercise
For the ones that are incorrect, I would seriously appreciate someone to explain why the outs ARE counted as such. Thanks:
1) 4.5/7
2) 10/10
3) 3/2.5
4) 3/4
5) 15/18
6) 6.5/6.5
7) 15/15.5

Re: AJs on the turn, this raise spew?(1/2 full)
I'm weak in calculating Ev often but help me out here:
If villian has J/10 wouldn't you be getting the correct pot odds here? 9 to flush, 3 to A, right? So you are getting 2.6-1 are you not?

Re: AKs How do you play this?
Turn: Bet
If he has any flush draw he will call down or maybe even raise. You are ahead of any set and K/x will not put you on a flush but rather you protecting your hand.
