I think your play here is fine.

TT is not a good enough hand to make a preflop reraise into so many players this early on in a tourney. You would be risking your entire stack to win too few...

Putting UTG on a big pair here is ridiculous. Sure, he might have a big pair, and would raise if he did have one. However, he will raise here with any ace, any good king, and possibly a good queen....
