1/2 6 max attempt (stats)
ok, here are my stats so far. I'm afraid that I don't beat the game. Is it possible that I'm just running terrible. And is my sample size worth anything?

Re: What is the path from 1/2 to 5/10

What is the path from 1/2 to 5/10
Ok, so assume some newb has a 400 BB bankroll for 1/2. He eventually wants to play 5/10 and rake in the dough like all of the big boys.
Now, say this guy starts to beat the 1/2 game for 3 bb/100....

Re: Party $50 AJs -- why do I play thee?
If you checkraise, a worse hand is folding and a better hand is likely to put you all in.
If you just call, you have a chance to improve if you are behind, and possibly extract more if you are...

Re: No maximum Buy-in NL games

Yikes!
And if not, there are certainly disadvantages for not buying in for the max.
Say you have $10 in the 50 NL game, you...

Re: The scare card from hell $50NL
I don't see the point of an $8 bet on the turn.
It certainly isn't a value bet, and it screams weakness. I think this will open you to all kinds of hell if the player is any good.

What is...
