Just opened a new deck of KEMs today, and the As is damaged. It looks like it was miscut, and it has a sliver cut into the one corner. Makes it very noticeable and got hung up on the first shuffle.
Now that KEM is out of business, is there any place I can send my cards to to redeem the guarantee? I bought them years ago, so it's not as if I were to have a receipt. sv |

They're not, exactly. US Playing Cards bought them out and moved them. Word is that they won't honor the old replacement policy but will be coming out with new production in the spring. I don't know if they'll allow a replacement policy for new cards or not

They have replied "no" as to a new replacement policy. It's buried here in the home poker forum but I don't want to go get it. Unless the new kems are cheaper, it's Copags for me, baybee!

I thought I remember that. I agree, I'd be surprised if I get any new Kems unless something amazing happens

So what will the casinos be using, what do they use anyway besides KEMs?
