A similar hand came up in a home game sit n' go the other day. I limped from the button with 89o after 3 or 4 limpers. The flop comes 5h 8d 9d. It's checked to my friend on my immediate right, who bets about the size of the pot. I push all-in. He thinks for a sec, and calls. He shows 6d 5d. Of course, 7d hits on the turn, and I'm a goner.

I checked the odds using Card Player's calculator, and it said I was a 51% favorite. I figure you're about the same, although the fact that you have the OESD as well as the flush draw may actually make you closer to 50:50.
