They are wrong...cashier told me just first time depositors, but memberservices said the right thing...just first deposit during this time period...tell them that there have been several people on two plus two who have had the bonus, and you want it too.

I sendt an email to customer services, however I also used their webpage to send a message to the cashier asking if I was eligible for this bonus.
I allready got the bonus and found it funny to see the second email from cashier lol.

Cashier said no, member services said yes. I sent the email from memberservices to cashier, and got an apology of sorts.

Thanks for your response. I am a bit upset by this response for a few reasons:

1. The email was sent to me, a long time and loyal customer and was unclearly worded. Why target me with the email if you know I have already deposited thousands of dollars?

2. I post at the two plus two message boards and am aware many current players at ultimate bet were given this bonus even though they have deposited before. Am I less important to ultimate bet than those other players?
