Kind of seems like it's only for first time depositers, but I've deposited before and still got this e-mail about the bonus (edited to clarify that I didn't actually try to get the bonus, just received the email). Also the fine print makes it seem like it's for everyone, not just first time depositers.

To me it looks like everyone is eligible, otherwise why would it give a specific time frame for their standard bonus. That wouldn't make much sense, but I guess someone will have to try and see if it works.

the first time part of it just means your first deposit during the alotted period of time, not just for first timers
