I can do one better then that...

I was playing Canterbury one time here in MN, ran a guy down, (99 vs KQ, he flopped a K, I turned a 9) - and he griped to the dealer - "You are the worst dealer ever" - (of course, this guy had been griping all day long)

Dealer called the floor over, and the floor made it clear they didn't tolerate dealer abuse - Canterbury tries really hard to make the experience enjoyable....and they even have a monopoly on gaming in the area...
