I think small PP's are extremely overrated but, then again, it makes you harder to play against when you'll sometimes come in early with them.

Fold the flop. There's plenty of hands the Button would coldcall with, after the CO calls, and like this flop. 77-TT. AKs-ATs. KQs-JTs.

You say it with such confidence and authority that I'm sure you would have no trouble proving to me this hand must be folded preflop. So please, prove it to me.

It's a bit early for me to pf raise 66. However, that done, I would apply the no-set-no-bet rule here and give up on the flop. BB looks like he's got 44 or 77. CO either has a slo-played pf AA/KK/QQ or 88. I think you can easily call on the end here for 1 BB in a 23 BB pot.
