I recommended betting on Wlad when he was more like +200. Now there is clearly less value, but I still think he should be favourite. Just a huge class difference between him and Peter, which should be enough to negate Peter's power/Wlad's chin combo imo.

i enjoy your guys' boxing discussions, so i put money on the over 6.5 in the cotto/torres bout just for poops and giggles - i also get free hbo, so that helps too

Either way, 6.5 rounds is too low and the public is again overvaluing the knockout potential.

Just snuck in the win on this bet Great fight. Torres put up one hell of a fight.

i think torres taking off round 6 instead of attacking was a big mistake, and also not taking better advantage when cotto was wobbling - too much evading, not enough punching

Two great fights tonight. Manny Steward was the difference in the second fight IMHO. Peter still has a lot of room to improve, and needs to cool it with some of those wild punches. It seemed like he was just walking in, without throwing anything. That's not gonna work against a fighter like Klitschko (or anyone else decent for that matter). Also looked like Peter's uppercut could use some work, he hardly utilized it at all. I dropped 90 on Peter, but can't complain after two exciting fights.
