I think this is an auto call. You've got the third best hand in poker. If villain has aces or kings and is playing them this donkish so be it. The times that villain is doing this with AK/AQ/JJ/TT or some random suited connector will make up for the times that you're wrong.

I don't think that villian's play is all that donkish.

a small raise with AA often makes it cheap enough for players to call with marginal and often dominated hands, but the small raise pushes out enough people that you don't have a limpfest that makes it tough to play with aces.

But having said that, I'm calling.

If I had AA here and its HU, I'm just smoothcalling his bet. I'm much more likely to push with 99-QQ.

This is probably a fold, although it's close and given the lack of a read/that this is a rebuy, there is nothing wrong with calling either.

What tournament is this and on what site?
