Re: AKo unimproved
Yup. I think adam underestimates the range of hands opponents like this peel the flop with. It also stops you from getting bluffed out on river.

Re: TURN
[ QUOTE ]
I really can't see there being much chance of getting a worse hand to fold here. I'd say I have slim to none fold equity against the combined two players. [/ QUOTE ] Mainly for the two reasons quoted, I'd check the turn as well. I play 3/6-5/10 and given the check-turn line, I will call (but not overcall) the river. You are begging UTG to bluff at the river here, and I think you are good more than the pot is laying you. Or is your read that UTG is not capable of bluffing on the river? |

Re: TURN
UTG is a passive. He won't bluffbet into 2 players that have shown aggression earlier in the hand

Re: AKo unimproved
[ QUOTE ]
betting the turn is good because they're passive enough hat they won't c/r you if you have 6 outs and because they're probably loose enough to peel on he flop with any two cards. decent chance you're ahead here. if they're weak tight and will put you on a big pair then I like it just fine [/ QUOTE ] fyp. in a pot this big these players will be peeling the flop almost always. folding to a raise is easy. giving a free card to QJ is very bad. bet. |
