Craps
Here's my short craps career: On the way out of the Borgata Wed. night, I was curious because craps looks like a lot of fun and is supposed to be less -EV than anything else in a casino (except blackjack and poker, of course). So I walked up, bought in for $20 in red, placed my $15 on Don't Pass when my turn came up (somewhere I heard this was the best bet), threw an 11, and cashed out my remaining red chip.
It was an interesting experience -- worth the $0.075 or whatever I was giving up in expectation, but not the $15 I actually lost. Oh, criminy, I'm being results-based again! |

Re: mixing poker (work) with craps (fun)
would you guys not make this thread into another "is poker gambling" moot arguement? youre holding this guy to a technicality when his reasoning makes perfect sense.
