Re: To the bonus skeptics:
How many bonuses are you signing up for a month? Good lord.... I cleared about $500 this month. 1.8k... you're a trooper.

Re: To the bonus skeptics:
Yea, im wondering where you do all your reloads. I would guess absolute, which is a goldmine if anyone like their interface, but it takes ages to clear their bonus if your playing their micro limits

Re: To the bonus skeptics:
Good post. Although it may be more accurate to compare the return of bonuses relative to what you would get from rakeback to really determine how much more they would bring in.
Also, as you go higher in stakes the rakeback increases whereas the bonus amounts stay the same. I wonder at what limit the rakeback surpasses the bonus or at least is close enough to make bonus whoring not worth the trouble. |

Re: To the bonus skeptics:
Playing $100 6-max NL, I pay $8.61 in rake per 100 hands.
Playing $100 full-ring NL, I pay $5.86 in rake per 100 hands. You say you've made $1.8k in 30,000 hands bonus whoring. Assuming 25% rakeback: $100 6-max: ($8.61/100 hands) * (30,000 hands) * 25% = $645.75 $100 full-ring: (5.86/100 hands) * (30,000 hands) * 25% = $439.5 Bonus whoring: $1,800 . So you can triple your rakeback at $100 6-max by bonus whoring instead. You can make over 4x your rakeback playing full-ring $100 NL. Let me know if I screwed up any of the math. |
